Brandon did a great job of guiding us through the process but the online application is not very intuitive or user friendly compared with others we have used. With two applicants it was difficult to toggle back and forth between applicants and we ended up having to finish up the application process, by phone, with Brandon who was extremely helpful.

I had to deal with other people in your company besides Mr. Roberts and received conflicting differences as to what or what not to do at times. I don’t play that game. Besides that some of these people are supposed experts in fields that probably they just read about on line or in a book and have no practical experience and really don’t know what they are talking about. No Time for that either. Other than that it was a good experience and Brandon went the extra mile for us which we really appreciated.
