I’m a 20-year veteran of the mortgage and real estate industry, certified as a Mortgage Planner through the CMPS Institute. I spend a great deal of time with each of my clients to develop a personal financial plan centered around the proper mortgage to meet their needs.
I strive to teach my clients that a mortgage is not a necessary evil, but a powerful financial tool. The focus of my business is on a broader goal of maximizing my clients’ wealth, not just getting them a mortgage. I can show you the importance of liquidity, diversification, re-balancing and long-term investing as it relates to your home financing so you can see it as a part of your overall financial portfolio.
As a professional educator and trainer, it is my goal to prepare and explain to my clients, for both purchases and refinances, all aspects of their pending loan transaction. Getting a home loan will be one of the largest financial transactions and investments you’re going to ever make.
